Q: How much does therapy cost?

A: Therapy costs vary depending on the psychologist's qualifications, location, and type of therapy offered. Our 1-hour sessions are $210. Many insurance companies can be billed directly and coverage depends on the client's individual plan. I can accept e-transfer, cash, and cheque.

10. Can I benefit from therapy even if I don't have a mental illness? Absolutely. Therapy can benefit personal growth, self-exploration, improving relationships, enhancing coping skills, and achieving life goals. You don't need to have a diagnosable mental illness to benefit from the support and guidance of a psychologist.
